There is a double bed in the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds and 1 bedroom has a single bed and a double bed.


You need to bring sheets and pillow slips. There are doonas on all beds, with covers. Bring towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are basic food items like salt, pepper, teas, sugar, but bring cooking oil and coffee.

    This house is amazing, the pics definitely don't do it justice. Our first night down, even though it was raining, we were able to have a great BBQ under the covered porch while listening to the ocean lapping aganst the shore across the street. Multiple beaches are within walking distance, as is the Hyams Beach General store, a great little spot for lunch or dinner. Everything we could have wanted was provided and we ended up cooking most of our meals in the beautiful, spacious kitchen. We went with 6 adults and there was enough room and personal space for all, including a beautiful porch across the front top level of the house. I would definitely stay here again.
