Jervis Bay Accommodation

Comfy cottage accommodates maximum 6 persons. House has lots of character, polished timber floors, beach house feel, large deck for alfresco dining & plenty of glass captures the natural surroundings. Upstairs consists of living-room, main bedroom (Q/S bed with built-ins + ensuite) and studio offering quiet & relaxing refuge. All 3 of these rooms open onto private deck.

There are 2 other bedrooms downstairs (Dbl bed; 2 x singles with built-ins), own bathroom & laundry with internal access to garage. The compact, well equipped kitchen & dining-room are located on the mezzanine level. Mod cons include large screen LCD TV, DVD, Hi-fi + Ipod dock, BBQ, microwave oven & washing machine. We provide a selection of CDs, DVDs, games & holiday readings for your quiet enjoyment after a busy days recreation.

The house is set back from the road in a lovely garden setting, behind a stand of gums, and is private. Its a couple of minutes walk to beach, boat ramp, shops and restaurants.

The beaches of Jervis Bay & Vincentia are renowned as having the whitest sands in the world. There are loads of things to do on the water, including swimming, snorkelling, diving, boating, fishing, dolphin-watching & in WINTER there is whale-watching. Off the water there is golf, bushwalking, dining out & much more, all within a short distance from the house.

Baybreak is located at Vincentia on beautiful Jervis Bay, Australia's premier ocean marine park. Just 2.5 hrs easy drive south of Sydney, our light & airy cottage is particularly suited to those looking for a relaxing break, close to the Bay's wonderful ocean playground. It will be appreciated by guests looking for quality furnishings with those little added touches that make you feel special.

The abundance of trees on the property are home to families of Rosellas, Lorikeets, Kookaburras and Possums and can provide a truly magnificent spectacle, especially at feeding time.
